Something didn’t work out for you? You don’t have to worry at all as we provide you with an easy exchange or refund. Just choose one of the options below in the list and follow the simple “Return Steps”.

• Damaged goods

In case you receive an item that is damaged, kindly provide photographs depicting the damage via email and we will respond with the course of action that you need to adopt in order to get a replacement. You can reach us support@divineleather.com
In case you receive an item that you did not order, contact us via email at support@divineleather.com with your order number and we will help you accordingly. Please attach a photograph in the email along with the problem so that we can immediately exchange the product. Once we receive the item in unused condition, we will immediately dispatch the new item.

• Dissatisfied with the product

Kindly provide us with a photograph of the received product along with the reasons for dissatisfaction within 7 days of receiving the product. Email us at support@divineleather.com and our rep from customer service will get in touch with you.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for retail items purchased from our website. Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to not warrant a return. We cannot exchange/return items received as a gift.
Shipping costs for exchanges/returns will be the consumer’s responsibility and we do recommend choosing a shipping method that provides tracking information. Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping will be issued on replacement orders from our website.
Once we receive merchandise, please allow 30 business days to process your return and for your funds to be reflected on your bank statement.
If you need a replacement item, please place a new order on our website. Free shipping will be issued on replacement orders from our website.
We cannot accept returns for any item that has been customized. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th will get an extension past the 30-day return window. These orders are eligible to be returned until January 31st. This does not apply to clearance items or special orders.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from a retail store and not from our online website must be returned through the retail store from the original purchase. This includes items purchased for a gift. We recommend you keep any packaging and your receipt to help the return process. The return window might vary depending on the store the item(s) were purchased from. Refunds cannot be issued on purchases made from a retail store.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please contact us immediately if you received a product that is damaged or defective. Please DO NOT attempt to repair any damaged merchandise. Your warranty can be voided if you attempt to repair any damaged merchandise.

Refund Policy

• Returned products must be in a new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
• Once your return is received and inspected by Divine Leather (usually within 3 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
• For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.
• Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar items with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact us if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!

  1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  2. Refund/exchange will not be accepted for any item, not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be exchanged or refunded
  4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, customized items may not be refunded.
  5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  6. You will need to provide a valid tracking number in case of return has been allowed
  7. For normal shipping, it will take 6-12 working days whereas for expedited shipping it will take 3-6 working days. (working days = Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, holidays excluded)
  8. $19.99 restocking fee may apply on the refund!
  9. The refund process usually takes up to 5 Business working after the initiating of the refund.
  10. The product may differ from the pictures because of genuine leather
  11. In case of a return, the customer has to pay for the shipping. However, if the exchange is because of a damaged product, we will replace it at our cost.
  12. If you wish to return the merchandise, you will have 5 days from the day you receive our email which informs you about the return address, where you have to ship back the product. If the item is not shipped within 5 days of receiving the email, the company will not be responsible and you will not be entitled to receive a refund even if the item reaches our warehouse.

REMEMBER! Do not ship the item back before the request is approved from us and received return address information by email.
